REFUND/EXCANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, for all purchases of FACES BY ZIHA training courses & products. No form of refund will be issued under any circumstance. 

FACES BY ZIHA is not held liable for purchases made without any prior knowledge resulting in any attempt of return/exchange.

 

We have have a strict NO REFUND/NO RETURN in regards to product policy due to hygiene reasons, no purchases can be returned or exchanged.

 

NOTE

Returns may only be processed within 10 days of delivery date, if a fault has been made on our end ( i.e incorrect item sent).

In order to receive a refund/exchange the item will need to be return in its original packaging, items sent without its original packaging will not receive a refund/exchange.

Customers eligible for a refund/exchange, will either be sent a replacement product or issued a refund this will be decided via our discretion only.

(Shipping costs and packaging will be covered by the customer)
